END OF TERM 1
Monday 23rd March will be the last day for students for Term 1. The Easter raffle will be drawn on Monday so all tickets need to be returned by 11:00am. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this ever-changing time. Please see the letter attached below.
We would like to communicate the following changes to up coming events and thank you for your support as we work together to keep our students safe. We understand that some of these measures will disappoint families but we ask that all school community members respect the decisions in light of the current and quickly changing times we find ourselves in.
Parent Helpers and Volunteers
Until further notice, we ask that there are no parent helpers and volunteers in classrooms or school events. Importantly, parents and guardians are still welcome to walk their child into school in the morning and pick their child up at the end of the school day.
Holy Week Liturgies - Week 9
Our Holy Week Liturgies will not be held as a whole school event. Each unit will have the opportunity to present their liturgy to another unit during Week 9. These liturgies will be videoed and uploaded to Facebook.
Athletics Sports -- Thursday 26th March
Our Athletics Sports morning will go ahead, consisting of the sprint and distance runs but not the relays. We ask that parents and guardians do not attend this event. Photos of the day will be uploaded to Facebook.
Until further notice, all school assemblies are cancelled.
Until further notice, all school banking is cancelled.
Men's Shed and Sewing Club
Until further notice, all Men's Shed and Sewing Club sessions are cancelled.
Please also remember we are in constant dialogue with relevant authorities and the above information may change at any time.
School lunches will still go ahead on Thursdays and Fridays.
Sanitisation Measures at the school
The school has increased sanitation measures and the frequency of disinfection in our classrooms and on equipment, We have minimised visitors to the classrooms and have hand sanitiser on the reception desk for all visitors. Please be assured that we are doing all that we can to protect and keep safe our astudents, staff and visitors.
