Students engage in a sequential music program from Foundation to Grade 6. There is a strong emphasis on the development of aural skills through the exploration of sound, song, movement and playing. Students develop an understanding of the musical elements, basic music notation and an appreciation of music through active participation; learning to play instruments and singing music from a range of styles, traditions and cultures.
